How many times have you tried Googling ‘cake serving number guides’ and got even more confused with the results than before you started?
How many times have you tried sitting down in front of a calculator in an attempt to work out the numbers yourself and abolished the mission 5 minutes later?
How many times have you made a cake purely based on a guestimation?
It all seems too hard, doesn’t it?
Well, it all ends now!
If you’re anything like me, I thrive on continual learning. The balance of finding your own style, teaching yourself as much as you can and learning from pioneers and amazing teachers that are filled with knowledge & weath of information for students to improve with each creation.
Thai is one one those people for me, and not only is it inspirational, but gives me a sense of accomplishment & ability to celebrate small successes. baking is a little food for me soul and armed with Information to share with clients, baking and serving processes makes sharing love through sugar a pure joy.
Thank you for all your amazing courses, this mini course is so useful and really is the cherry on top of all the courses I’ve taken with you. Thank you Don’t Tell Charles x
I honestly can’t thank Thao enough for putting this course together and for sending all the to help tackle the bushfires. The mini course is literally invaluable and provides guides that are impossible to find online. Finally a realistic serving guide for four layer cakes ????????????
I mean, wow. This course has such a wealth of information, it’s a STEAL at $25! And for Thao to dedicate this course to those in need in AU at the moment speaks volumes about her nature and work ethic.
It’s jam packed with information you won’t be able to get elsewhere. Serving sizes and layer selections and tier combinations have always confused me. There’s so much information out there and to know what’s right and what will work with the system you’ve chosen puzzled me for a long time. But not anymore! As a loyal DTC student, this course follows Thao’s clear and precise way of teaching – properly explained, simple (once you know it!) and straight forward. It aligns so well with her philosophy on saving you time in this business of baking.
Thank you Thao – I’ve already put this to practice and it’s most definitely invaluable. A must buy to demistify and hopefully standardise cake servings!
So useful and simple to use! Thank you for another excellent course
This course is packed with valuable information you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
The complete DTC standardised cake sizing system and how to create your own system to suit your kitchen and needs. Maximum efficiency guaranteed.

No, this is not a pricing course. This course teaches you how to standardise your cake sizes and serving numbers using our DTC cake sizing system as a guide. No more searching the internet and being forever confused by the different serving numbers. You will know exactly what size cake to make after having this resource.
