These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Don’t Tell Charles Ambassador Program. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

By participating in our ambassador program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not join the program.

 

(a) The Don’t Tell Charles Ambassador Program is an exclusive opportunity for students of DTC’s online courses to become brand ambassadors.

(b) As an ambassador, you have the chance to share your knowledge and experiences with other passionate cake makers and designers.

(c) The program aims to support your passion and business while offering a way to earn extra income by promoting our brand.

(d) As an ambassador, you are expected to uphold our values, maintain professionalism, and provide accurate information about our courses and services.

 

(a) As an ambassador, you agree to promote Don’t Tell Charles and its online courses through various channels such as social media, blogs, and personal networks.

(b) You will use unique affiliate links and promotional materials (individual coupon code) provided by Don’t Tell Charles to track referrals and sales.

(c) You understand that any misleading or unethical marketing practices may result in the termination of your ambassadorship.

 

(a) Don’t Tell Charles offers a commission on eligible sales referred by ambassadors through their unique affiliate links.

(b) The commission rate and payment terms will be specified in the ambassador agreement.

(c) Commissions will be paid out on the 1st business day of every month via PayPal for any sales made from the previous month, with a minimum of 30 days from the purchase date.

(d) Please note that it is the responsibility of the ambassador to ensure the accuracy of payout amounts. Don’t Tell Charles will not be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by the ambassador’s failure to update their PayPal account currency from USD to AUD. To avoid any currency exchange rates and potential inaccuracies, ambassadors are advised to set up their PayPal account to receive payments in AUD as the Primary Currency.

 

(a) All content provided by Don’t Tell Charles, including text, graphics, images, videos, and promotional materials, is the property of Don’t Tell Charles and protected by copyright laws.

(b) As an ambassador, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the provided promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Don’t Tell Charles.

(c) You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our copyrighted materials without prior written permission from Don’t Tell Charles.

 

a) Don’t Tell Charles strives to provide accurate and reliable information regarding its courses and services. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content or materials.

(b) In no event shall Don’t Tell Charles be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the ambassador program.

 

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in our ambassador program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

Don’t Tell Charles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the ambassador program after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia, where Don’t Tell Charles operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia.
